Check Eligibility

Ensure your board is in its original, unused condition and within the 30-day delivery window to qualify for a return or exchange.

Submit a Request

Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the board to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack the board in its original box with all accessories and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
